Poor poor service and I am so unhappy

I am complaining again because I never got satisfaction from my first complaint and was still given the run around again, i called the NCR they said I must lodge a formal complaint because FNB is refusing to give me a prescription letter to say my debt has been written off/prescribed. The debt review company Summit financial partners are refusing to issue me with a clearance certificate because of this. Nedbank and African Bank have given me these letters but after I spent over R1000 airtime I still have no help. First National Bank is giving me so much of grief I am 7 months pregnant and this is causing me so much of stress for something that other banks gave me within 5 minutes. This is not fair and I am not happy at all. I need a letter to say the loan I had with FNB has been prescribed please this is really urgent and I am tired of begging now.
