First case lost.

2nd case ,in progress they are still slow, wait for me to follow up, have no sense of urgency ,I mean this has to be the simplest case in the world. To get me out of debt review. I know I would not trust you with a complex case. I though government was the only entity that battles with service delivery and client satisfaction. if u don't change your tactics you will cease to exist. utterly disappointed client.
