Poor poor service
Fnb pls stop allowing unknown debit do that you can make money out of your clients. The reason government introduced debit check was to control unknown debt orders but you guys are not following that. Im no longer using my account nd i don't remember you guys sending me any sms to authenticate any debit order but there's ppl who try to Debit my account any day of the month nd you charge me R115 for failed debit. I want that to be resolved nd i want to refund me those char because you guy's didn't for debit check mandate.
