POOR POOR SERVICE

My application for my overdraft has been declined, because of my expenses being more than 60% of my salary. However a major part of the expenses is for investing in unit trusts. This is not an expense and is where I save my extra money.

Because I am saving, FNB is refusing to give me an overdraft. I find this totally unacceptable. I have had an overdraft with ABSA for many years with the same expense and investments as my application with FNB without any problems.

Please reconsider my application.
