Poor Poor Poor

Can someone please enlight me why would it take entire month to get a date to do finger prints in your branch for an ID Book. How do you expect one to cope and live without an ID. Today i made a booking and only date i can get it 28th October and today date is 30th September 2024. FNB GREENPOINT - Western cape

FNB please do a better job... for the entire month what am i suppose to show when they ask for an ID. I regret why i didn't just wake up and go to the Home Affairs branch and stand long queues, than waiting for a month for finger prints and pictures
