Poor poor online banking service

I never had so much trouble with a bank. Since Saturday I cannot log in toa credit card to do online banking - I am a second user on my daughters credit card. I asked her this morning to change my password as I cannot log in - she could not change the password???????It gives an error?????????? What the hell I need to make use of the card my money is in there as soon as I can change banks it is bye bye to FNB.
