POOR POOR AND POOR SERVICE

I am still waiting for the feedback from FNB Boulders Midrand .I went there to submitt my original (Document ) which I was requested to submit I did so 3 weeks back I haven't receive feedback and the person who assisted me just told me to give him the documents without even entering inside the branch and promised that the documents will be send ,surprisingly when I go to my online profile or App there still outstanding documents which I did send .It shows how *********** some people can be .I was happy doing business with them but recently I see that I was wrong to trust them .Poor poor poor and poor service wont even recommend
