Poor performance

FNB is extremely inefficient. There is a property transfer transaction for which cancellation figures were requested. To date and more than fourteen days they have not yet obliged. All documents required to FICA the bond account were given and still no response or query. How many more days does FNB need to do this if not fire the recipient of the correspondence?
