Poor PayPal Service

I have been struggling with my PayPal for a few weeks now, no one at FNB seems to be willing to assist. Emails are unanswered, Agents cut the call halfway through the conversation...utterly disgusting treatment from FNB.

How long does the bank account verification take for PayPal withdrawals?
