POOR PAYPAL SERVICE, CANT GET OTP PIN TO LINK PAYPAL PROFILE!!!

I registered for FNB online banking as a non FNB user. it took time for them to approve my documentation while registering for paypal service.

i recently tried to link my PayPal account to my FNB prole and they keep asking me for an OTP pin, which i never receive on my phone since i would expect it to because i inserted my correct phone details. i began calling the Paypal centre since last week to help me out with just an OTP number!!!!! they keep redirecting me and playing pingpong with my time. Its just an OTP number. Why do you have this service if you cannot even maintain it or help out customers. This bank is really useless.
