Poor online security

My FNB account has 3 unauthorised deductions. I contacted FNB and was informed that these were previous unsuccessful deductions from my account. I then rechecked my transaction history and all my previous Uber purchases were deducted. I'm really disappointed with FNB's Online Security Team and I'm tempted to close my account.
