Poor management skills

All I know is I will only receive a call after 5days from Fnb after I wasted my resources calling them and spoke to Siphokazi Shongwe who told me a team leader or supervisor not sure what title she gives herself by the name of Romania Muller will call me back I am still awaiting that stupid call to this time and I know will only get a call back when Jesus comes I am at my outmost disgust with this establishment
