POOR MANAGEMENT AND VERY POOR SERVICE
FNB Branch service is very disappointing. Just to collect an ordered card, I am sitting here for almost an hour and still haven't been served. In another 5 minutes it'll be an hour waiting just to collect a card.

I would like to thank the branch manager for calling to address the matter and promised to sort out any similar further issues.
I must also add that although the wait was very long, the service agent, can't recall her name (an Indian lady) was very professional and gave an excellent and speedy service.
