Poor management

I started a new job and due to that i needed to change my debit orders of my loans in which i did! Strange how only one comes off but wait FNB PHYSICALLY LOGGED ONTO MY ONLINE TO TRANSFER MY FUNDS FROM MY SAVINGS POCKET ONTO THE LOAN ACCOUNT!!!! After i had requested it. Now i have no money till then end of the month and guess what fnb are not willing to help me! Sp personally all they good for is helping you get into debt and making you broke! I will be paying off my loans asap so that i can switch!and the service in the call centre is absolutely appauling! People should want to do work there and not just keep me on the phone for \the right person"<br> I am done now! Cannot believe this!
