Poor investment platform

I am really disheartened. Some time back i purchased sasol shares at 57 rand and fnb charged me 80. The consultant promised to fix this and nothing happened.

I lost money and closed the account and fnb could have been giggling with joy.

I now opened an investment account again to be once bitten and twice shy because my limit order has been rejected. The price is currently at my limit price but the trade does not get effected. Whats wrong????
