Poor interdepartemental assistance

Again I resolve to Hellopeter to get a hold of FNB...

I want to cancel my Covid relief loan and it's impossible to get ahold of someone in that department. My banker (on the app) tells me to email them, I did, three times, absolutely no response. The number they gave me is just as helpfull. I work and will not spend hours during my work time waiting in a telephonic queue wasting airtime. Also when I went into the bank the consultant told me to contact the Covid Debt department as they cannot assist me.

Why do I need to complain to get your attention FNB?
