Poor Hygiene

Today I visited your Secunda branch to get a bank stamp to state that I do not bank with you for school subsidy purposes. I was shown to the transaction area where I had to wait for assistance. The assistant on duty pulled down her mask and PICKED HER NOSE!! Before assisting me. Not sanitising her hands afterwards before she called me. That is absolutely disgusting even before the COVID-19 pandemic, now It is even worse. This lady handled all my paperwork with her FILTHY hands. If I get sick with this COVID 19 virus in the next two weeks as a result of BAD HYGIENE I WILL take it further.

Please re-educate your staff!!!
