Poor frustrating Customer Service

I called FNB Law On Call on the 06.02.2025 to seek legal advise on a an app**** protection order against me. I spoke Shadrick Baloyi who advised that I should send the protection application form, of which I sent it through on the 06.02.2025 @ 17:43. I never got feedback until I followed up on the 12.02.2025, as my court date was on the 19.02.2025. I never got a response which I had to follow up again on the 18.02.2025, that’s when I received a call from Tsholofelo Molefe who advised that an attorney has been appointed for my case and she will send me the details of the attorney. She also advised that the attorney will call me, and if they don’t I should call them, so much for customer service mind you I’ve been a loyal paying customer from the 29.06.2021. I received a call from Sonja Nel offices that same afternoon whom advised that the attorney will meet with me in court on 19.02.2025 which was the following day. My question to the attorney was what are they going to represent me for when I have never given the background which led to the application of the protection order against me. We concluded the call with her saying she will meet me up in court in the morning of the 19.02.2025, of which she advised that she will be in court before 10:00 as she has another case to attend to in Brakpan court. The morning of the 19th February came and she never pitched in court the reason was she was stuck in traffic. We went into the court room and introduction was made our rights were read to us and they asked me to ask for the next court date from my attorney. I called Sonja Nel’s offices and they confirmed that their availability for the 10th February. I was not called after that as I asked the administrator Michelle to give me a call after an hour. The morning of the 10.03.2025 came, at 08:29 I had to call them to ask if an attorney will be coming. I was transferred from Belinda to Hetter who did not give me a good customer service and understand my frustration of having to be the client who calls the attorneys offices. Hetter advised that I will be represented by Felicia, who has to attend to another case and then she will make her way to Daveyton court for my matter. I then asked do I always have to give an excuse everytime I appear in court about my attorney being on the way? I was told by Hetter that she will message Felicia and come back to me. I had to call again at 08:38 and Belinda advised that Felicia will make her way to court after attending to a personal matter, now stories are changing. I advised her that I need to know the time frame she then said she will get Hetter to call me. At 09:13 Hetter called to say she has spoken to Felicia and she advised that she will be in court as soon as she is done with her personal matters. I was told to advise the court once again to have matter stand down as my attorney is on their way. Felicia only arrived at 12:20, that’s when we discussed a bit about the back round. She mentioned that they emailed me and she just saw from my file that my email address was incorrect, I thought to myself they had my contact number why wasn’t I called to verify my email address.
