Poor Follow-Up

I have sent a request to FNB last week regarding my Revolving Loan. I sent the e-mail to address that assisted me last year ***, then to *** - I have had no response. I then logged on to confirm if my Private Banker changed, and yet again - it did. I then sent the e-mail to *** and I still have no reply. I even sent a request through the "contact me" through the website - no response.

Last year there was a debt review block placed on my account by mistake. I was informed that everything was corrected and back to normal. I tried to access fund in the Revolving Loan this month, but the funds are not available.

Reviewer Update
Yesterday someone from Private Banking phoned me. Explaining to me that the Revolving Credit Loan is in arrears. I explained to him the issue I had with FNB in October/November and that nothing is in arrears. He then confirmed that he will request the Credit Department to upload/change manually - but the fund will reflect in my account overnight. Guess what - another promise not kept by FNB. This morning - no funds available.
I have subsequently sent this private banker (as apparently my banker is sick) 3 e-mails this morning - from as early as 4:30, and I even sms - but no response
I even sent screenshots of the account to indicate to him that the loan has never been in arrears.
As funds was promised to me today - I did not try to make alternative arrangements. My daughter had to be at the hospital this morning, and I had to make a co-payment. I then had to request to borrow money from my sister, just to find when she did the EFT - FNB took money for an arrears account.
1) I was assured by Reneilwe in November that everything is 100% and this will not affect my credit rating
2) If anything was in arrears - why was I never contacted
3) What is the arrears amount then for?
I am still awaiting response - and I promised the schools that I will pay the registration fee today - no I am made the **** due to FNB absolute incompetence
