Poor FNB service

I requested a downgrade of my Premier account and have still not received assistance. I called into the call centre numerous times and kept being told that I would be contacted back. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by FNB. I need my account downgraded ASAP as the bank charges are ridiculous.
