Poor FNB Service

Whatever you do , DO NOT take FNB short insurance , they are pathetic and their service is below par, they dont provide feedback at all , they wait for you as a client to call, my car has been at the Panel beater of their choice for 38 days due to their delay and they refusing to extend the car hire even when the delay is on their end ,I was supposed to get my car tomorrow morning, the guys from the panel beater have just told me that the repair part that they had recommended namely (control Arm and ball joint) that the FNB insurance had removed from the list of parts are still outstanding, I had hired a courtesy car for until tomorrow after I fetch my car but now its going to be another delay due to FNB's refusal to acquire the recommended car parts, Now I don't know how long it is going to take and now I have to commute to work due to FNB insurance 's delay, I am going to need a courtesy car from FNB insurance until I get my car fixed please sir.

This one is FNB'S failure to listen to the panel beater.

I will be cancelling all my FNB ties , from bank card, credit card and life cover .
