Poor FNB service

Poor Service at FNB There’s a transaction of R479.88 of Studocucom Ams that came out of my FNB Account which I did not authorise and when I call FNB they tell me there’s nothing they can do to reverse the transaction, the only they can do is to block my cards. I am so disappointed with this bank, this is not for the first time I have this complaint with FNB and the results are fruitless. If anyone is thinking of opening FNB bank account, please reconsider your decision because you will cry.
