Poor fnb service

Fnb has the poorest customer service I've ever experienced I reported a ***** case a week ago and I still haven't hear from them instead I was put on hold for more than 1hour there consultants are rude and give u attitude and seem to have no idea what they are doing I'm still waiting for a response I even today I've accepted that I was ****** from but this is very unacceptable
