Poor Fnb servicd

My daughter is travelling overseas and contacted Fnb two weeks ago to lift international restrictions on her bank card. They said that it was fine. Now they are saying that there are restrictions on her card because her fica details are not updated but before she left she could transact with the card without any problems. Now overseas all of a sudden it doesn't work. I find it as very poor service from Fnb
