Poor FNB Private Wealth Service

I am having a terrible experience with FNB Private Wealth the banker are non responsive to matters they need to resolve. Yesterday I had various amounts deducted from my investment account and I loged a call with the bank and am still to get an explanation on why money was unduly deducted from my account. This is poor service to say the least
