Poor FNB Forex and PayPal customer care

If I could give a minus 5 star, I would. I am stuck abroad due to Covid and can't always wait a ridiculous amount of time for a FNB consultant to answer eventually (who ALWAYS transfers me to another consultant). I've been trying to sort out my PayPal account issue for months now. For some reason, I can't successfully link my PayPal account to my business bank account. I've tried phoning multiple times, I've tried emailing, with no success!

I used 4 different customer care emails, and still no response?

Pathetic.
