Poor Fnb ebucks service

Reference number is Rm***. This is about the fourth reference number fnb ebucks has given me without any resolution to my problem. I purchased petrol in Nov 3 times, asked my ebucks be used per rules to settle the purchases, no help till today. I've been taken here and there, I keep following up, get a new reference each time. What poor service, never expected this from FNB.
