Poor fnb connect service

I am not sure how much further FNB wants to escalate the absolute poor service delivery from their call center. Selling mobile devices and SIM networks that do not work and unresolved queries time and time again. hello Peter keeps deleting my complaints. Such *********** service. It's disgusting FNB connect.
