Poor FNB communication

I’m very irritated with FNB’s poor communication! Just yesterday a banker told me I can do transactions even though I’m still waiting for the card, now suddenly this morning a banker told me no I can’t because there are documents outstanding. I don’t have a problem with sending the documents, is that how is communication SO poor in such a big communication and second, I must trust them with my business finances???????
