Poor FNB Business Banking Administration
Hi FNB
Two weeks ago I spoke to an FNB agent who opened a Trust account for our Company Trexdata. Outstanding documents request has only been sent to us This Tuesday or Wednesday.
I tried calling this morning and Held on the line for over 20 mins (i have a screen shot if you like.
We now require a letter confirming that a trust account had been opened an will only be used for Debit collection purpose and I request 3 weeks ago.
