Poor FNB ATM services in Welkom
FNB please tell us why your ATMs are forever without money or giving an error. In Welkom we have to suffer. We are not with FNB to suffer, or we are less important. Is boring when I need cash I have to drive around from one ATM to the next. Please respect us and avail services to us or tell us to look for another Bank. We will gladly votsek!! Is not our responsibility to report malfunctioning ATMs, management can't pick that up. Sies!!

03 Mar 2025, 13:17Excuse me, your turn around time to load money into an ATM is within 5 days while we need money day to day. You have big offices in Bloemfontein surely you have a compete manager there, you have a branch in Welkom. But we are subjected to suffering like we want to withdraw money that is not ours. I will say it again, If the manager of ATMs does not want to service Welkom and we are less important, I will gladly votsek out of FNB.
