Poor feedback/ service charged on statements
<p>I tryed downloading 2 statements wich indicates charges however kept logging me out logged a querie was promised it would be sorted no feedback Its over a week and I have been charged around 8 times for the same download poor feedback and service terrible for such a huge group makes me think as to why a changed branches I'd ********** 231083 </p>
