Poor feedback on status of application

Since I did my application on 22nd December 2025 and received an auto reply that FNB agent will contact me within 24 hours. Until I enquired yesterday via the chat, no one contacted me. I only learned from Busisa Miso that my application was never received as it was not showing on the system. I then forwarded the mail to her directly as she requested. When I followed up again later on yesterday. I chatted to Nono who informed me that my application was tasked to Daphney Leboa. At that moment I wrote an email to Daphney but till now had no response. Not even a call to inform me that she received my form just as status update.
