Poor feedback on deceased estate payout!

Attorneys and Myself been struggling for 6 months to have monies transferred from late dad account to an estate late account. NO FEEDBACK AND BEING SHOVED PILLAR TO POST. There is no acknowledgment of receiving documents or what is the next steps! Please escalate this and give feedback on what is happening. We cannot proceed with winding up of the estate!
