Poor feedback from FNB Bank

How is this possible? 3 transactions go of from my account on 14 May 2024 from the same company. Then FNB gave this explanation. So if your cart is cloned or your phone is hacked, you will lose money a month later? It seems my money and everyone else is not safe at FNB? "The card was linked to the *****ulent device on 25 April 2024 and approved by below OTP that was sent to your number *** registered for Incontact. 2024/04/25 15:36:53.000 Enter confirmation OTP:**** to complete your Apple Pay activation for card ending****. The OTP expires in 30 minutes. Never share this OTP with anyone! SmRSP0: Delivered" FNB you said it yourself that it was linked to a *****ulent devices, why did you not stop it? R6k is ****** from me and you did not protect my money, if it was your money (credit cart) you will do a better investigation.
