Poor feedback

i tried to open a business account online but been going back and forth without resolution, i was sent a declaration form for my partner to sign, i did so and did email it back to FNB. I received another email informing me that the documents were inaccurate, I then decided to go to the FNB Branch Parktown and received the best service from Esther. She assisted me to send the required documents again and confirmed everything was accurate but i received another email from FNB with the same declaration form and again they need my partner to sign it again and he's currently in Dubai. i really don't know what to do anymore
