Poor escalations process. Ongoing debit order dispute for more than two months without being updated on the process.

I logged a debit order dispute that forced me to go into a branch where I provided necessary documentation. Advised that the investigation will be done and feedback would be given. I was told the turn around time would be up to 40 days which I accepted and waited for feedback. This has now past 40 days I called in on three different occasions to be told my case would be escalated each time it seems the turn around time started a new which is ridiculous.the last time I made contact was one Wednesday 01/11/2017 where I was again told there is no feedback this was past the 40day turn around time. I spoke to Thabang from the debit order dispute department who offered great service however I request to speak to a team leader to have this matter addressed and was advised the all 5 team leaders were in a meeting and I would receive a call from one of them(kevin) within 30min. Until now this still has not happened... aside from being transferred for 4 times on this interaction and previously just requesting to let me know what's happening I am still left in the dark. I feel it's unacceptable for management to allow consultants to take the burden of an irate client without stepping in to try resolve this matter. I proceeded to call in once more and spoke to Bongi who again offered great service but was limited based on the tools provided to her to effectively assist me still no contact from management to at the very least ease my frustration by letting me know that my query is being attended to. Is this the service that FNB prides themselves on ?
