Poor ***** service.

My review is simple and straight forward. Why is FNB not responding to my request of cancelling a debit order that I no longer have use for on my account. I want cancelled and FNB is hell bent on not honouring that request. They make money in debit orders that don't run. They make it on the interest generated. I will not stop until they wake up.
