Poor Discretion

Dear FNB

You will be very pleased to know that I have settled all of my debts with your company in full on the following accounts:

1. FNB REVOLVING LOAN: ACCOUNT NUMBER: ********** 425822 / ( ********** 505297) ACCOUNT HOLDER: MR KEVIN EDMUND MALOPE ID NUMBER: ********** 409086 DEBT COLLECTING ATTORNEYS: CMC ATTORNEYS (CONNACK MÜLLER & CO) SETTLEMENT DATE: 31 JANUARY 2019

2. FNB CREDIT CARD: ACCOUNT NUMBER: ********** ********** 00 ACCOUNT HOLDER: MR KEVIN EDMUND MALOPE ID NUMBER: ********** 409086 DEBT COLLECTING ATTORNEYS: BROOKS & LUYT INC SETTLEMENT DATE: 28 FEBRUARY 2019

Therefore since I have finished paying you and I don’t owe anything the least you can do is to issue me with my PAID UP LETTERS stating that I have fully settled my accounts with you and that I don’t owe you . Plus fix my credit status on ITC because you listed me on ITC without my knowledge just like when you took me to your LAWYERS OR ATTORNEYS without informing me to make arrange to settle your accounts . So since you have an inconsiderate capitalistic mentality to not caution your clients who are in DEBTS / ARREAS I have decided to bank with CAPITEC bank and I will be also closing my CHEQUE with FNB because your bank charges are crazy, high and ridiculously expensive.

Regards: Kevin Malope
