Poor delivery service

This is bar far the worst service you can get by FNB business banking

My card is ready from 22nd October , call received today being the 29th and they were advised I am recalling g for work and will be away

They want to charge R 290 for express delivery not whose fault is this . Advised them I am back after the 10th !bit the logistic co is forcing an express delivery and to charge me the R 290. Why should I pay for their mess up
