Poor customer support on E-Bucks

Fnb... Why you never resolve issues involving E-bucks...? Whenever I have a problem with E-bucks I always get.. 'I will escalate the matter Ma' am and give you feedback' but feedback never comes back. I have been having issues with Wimpy and On The Go for ages but it never gets resolved. Let's try again...
