Poor Customer Serving

Attended FNB branch in Scott Street, every time at that branch, there is a long slow queue, branch has 11 consultant desks, only 3 open to serve clients. I was there from 09:00 & got served at 12:30 after 2 consultants went on Lunch & poor old citizens sitting & waiting on the queue left behind. This is so disgusting & has a terrible display of FNB while millions are spent for advertising. Sis...
