Poor customer service with regards to *****

FNB has poor security in terms of our finances, two unapproved **** transcations went off my account without them requiring my approval. The turn around time for my case is 7-30 days because the amount ****** is too little to them. Do you understand the inconvenience of having money go out of your account with no notification or them picking it up and your case is sitting cold waiting for them to call you in 7/30 days. Is this an inside job and the bank protecting it's staff? I'm so dissapointed as I have recently moved to this bank. Why are transactions not set to be approved by the account owner,why is it so easy for the bank to allow this? How do I get my money back as I cannoteven dispute the transactions because "the case is already open" while I wait for 7-30 days?
