Poor customer service with no feedback from their funeral policy insurance department

After they treated me like a ******** for a policy that I have been paying without them asking any questions, they still havent gotten back to me to tell why, after receiving a call saying they will investigate my case and come back to me I still want to know why was there no feedback and why were investigations run behind my back when they have never questioned the funds they were deducting from my bank account?
