Poor customer service, unavailability of consultants,long wait on the phone

I was wrongfully debited by the bank and when I bring the matter to their attention they send me from Pilar to post,one consultant after the other, I have to explain my problem each one of them ,they will then transfer me to a different department where I go through the same frustrating explaining without no help

I went to the branch yesterday and was put on the phone only to be told they can't assist and should call this morning which I did and was told the system is down,went to the bank again and no one could assist(*****,loan and debit order departments)all failed to assist .
