Poor Customer Service Support

I bought 2 Blackberry cell phones from FNB in May 2015. Towards the year end both phones would not charge, but eventually charge after a while. In December both phones stopped charging completely, I called FNB and they offered to collect the phones from me, of which they did in January 13, 2016. I struggled to receive updates on the progress of the phones from FNB, as I was the one calling them for updates. When I finally received the update from FNB, the lady that called me told me that the Technicians could not fix the phones, however they will replace one of the phones with another phone but FNB won't be able to replace the other phone since the fault was with the user. I refused to accept that, as I failed to understand how a user would damage the port to charge. Today the 18th February 2016, I received another call from FNB shortly after calling again enquiring about the progress, the guy I spoke to, confirmed FNB won't be fixing my phone, of which I am still failing to understand why because the phones are not even a year old. I am so disappointed with FNB, in fact am disgusted. they are saying I should contact the Manufacturer and find out what is the problem with my phones
