Poor customer service poor experience

I would like to share my past few months experience that I had with fnb as absolutely poor horrible experience I've been having a problem with them for the past 7months they are double debating my account and their collections agents are the worse they have the worst attitudes when dealing with their customers I've never experienced it my life and I think the only way out is to cancel my account with them I'm horrified with they way they've been treating me especially with this epidemic we are all going through
