Poor customer service in resolving dispute and securechat not working

I need help with an unauthorised debit order that went out of my account. I lodged a dispute and need to find out the status. I've tried calling your contact centre multiple times to no avail. I was told someone will call me and to date I'm still waiting .The secure chat had not been working for days.

Please help me resolve this problem.
