Poor customer service, I'm disappointed and disgusted.

I bought a ticket using ebucks on Sunday when I was finalizing my purchase, there was an error occurred message but my money has been deducted.

The bank is refusing to refund me ,they been playing dilly dally with me. I've communicated with the bank since Sunday using secure messaging on app. I wrote emails, yesterday I was promised that my money will be back to my account at 12:00 midday.

I enquired after 16:00 & I was transferred to ebucks section, the lady that was talking to me said there's nothing they can do and she can't see the transaction on her side whereas everyone else was seeing the transaction and told me that it's only ebucks section that can assist me. What was even worse the lady just kept quiet on me. She just didn't respond to my questions, that was so unprofessional of her
