POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FNB TONIGHT!!!

I love this bank but they have disappointed me today!

I am trying to remove 2 x debi check off my FNB profile and I have spoken to 5 consultants; and none could assist!!! My initial message stated, to remove two debi checks! Sophy, Saadiqa, Asanda, Tyrone, Tebello…who is next! Gosh! All I need is for FNB to remove those 2 x debi checks. I have communication from the two said companies in question, to have those debi checks removed!! FNB cannot see these two active debi checks on their end, weird!!! I can see the 2 x debi check on my FNB banking app but I cannot remove them. There is no reject, suspend, or stop as per the consultants! Who can help please, to remove these two active debi checks? Tebello is going to transfer me to the debit order department again; to Thabiso! I have disconnected the chat!!!
